Provided you purchased your Pocket Pin High Pro from our website, you can return your Pocket Pin High Pro within 10 years if it no longer functions the way it should. Yep, even if you've had it for 9 and 11/12 years and it's nicked up, scared up and covered in grass clippings, we'll still take it back (although we're willing to wager it still clicks and works the same as the day you got it!).
We just ask you tell us why you want to return it (or tell us an epic story of how you managed to destroy our golf swing aid, provided it doesn't work anymore).
We also sell all of our Pocket Pin High Pros under the Click It Challenge. If your Pocket Pin High Pro doesn't improve your golf game within 60 days of purchase, then send it back to us for a 100% refund. If you're in the 0.0001% of golfers that didn't improve from using our golf swing trainer, then we want to make you whole again. Simple & fair.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Within 5 business days, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
